Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for products that are in new and unused condition, with original packaging and all tags and labels intact.

Timeframe for Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@leacroftgms.com. We will provide you with a RETURN PRODUCT NUMBER (RPN) number and instructions on how to return the product. You must include the RPN number and a copy of the purchase receipt with the returned product. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 days.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be the purchase price of the product, less any applicable shipping and handling fees, and restocking fees if applicable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with a RETURN PRODUCT NUMBER (RPN) number and instructions on how to return the product. We will cover the shipping cost for returning the damaged or defective product, and we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, as per your request.
